Entrepreneurship and building a gig feels so good is because it allows us to work on closer, more accessible goals. For example as a startup you’re more likely to be concerned with next year and the year after than when you’ve scored a sweet salary job.
In many cases (punching below the belt): Get that job and you’re wondering how good your money looks 16 years down the line. Start that company and you’re looking at how many customers or clients you’ll have in 3 to 6 months and the next fiscal year more often than that.
I think that’s an important factor in the realm of feeling moved: are you looking to achieve things that are more within your reach? things that will make you feel right, sooner?
How often do you have the pleasure of planning for your success?
